Terms and conditions of the promotion

  • The buffet breakfast is eaten in the restaurant, from 7:00 to.m. until 10:00.m. Does not apply to room service. If you want breakfast in the room, you must request this as à la carte breakfast.
  • The lunch hour is from 12:00 p. m. 3:00 p. m., and the dinner is from 7:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. Both are consumed in the restaurant Quskalla, and include the background and a drink. Provide 3 options to choose from. If you want to consume it in the room, you can do so with a surcharge for room service S/ 10.00.
  • The bar is free for two hours, available from 5:00 p. m. 7:00 p. m., and must be requested at the hotel bar. The beverage options are subject to availability on the day.
  • The hours room service is available from 7:00 to.m. 10:00 p. m. The room service has an additional cost of S/ 10.00 per order.
  • The client declares to know and accept that the date of stay, even when confirmed, you may be subject to variations according to the needs of the hotel. We will notify you by e-mail, call, or WhatsApp, with advance notice of at least 24 hours before the date of admission, being able to relocate to another site of the same hotel chain.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • The transfer fees from other banks or from the provinces shall be assumed by the customer.
  • To generate a reservation, it is necessary to accept the conditions of the package and make a prepayment of 100% advance.
  • As the first option of payment, we require your credit card data. The reference currency of the hotel is the us dollar. In case of bookings via the web, the transaction will be processed in this currency. If the charge is made in a currency other than that, the type of change depends on the issuing bank of your card.
  • If there is an outstanding balance and you want to pay in another currency, we will apply the exchange rate applicable on the day.
