Terms and conditions of the promotion

  • For the case of the led candles are the property of the establishment. In case of deterioration, damage or loss by the host, they will be automatically loaded to the account holder.

  • The decoration includes bedroom, bathroom, dining table and sitting area to be the case.

  • The hours of room service from 7am to 10pm.

  • All of the included are left in your room prior to your check in, with the exception of the lunch or dinner.

  • The late check out is subject to availability.

  • The Client declares to know and accept that the date of stay, while still being confirmed, may be subject to variation according to the needs of the hotel, communicating through e-mail, call, or WhatsApp, with advance notice of at least 24 hours before the date of entrance to the hotel, being able to move it to another site of the same hotel chain.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • You accept the terms of the package, and you want to generate your reservation, we require a prepayment of 100% advance.

  • As the first option of payment, we will require your credit card data. The reference currency of the hotel is the us dollar and, in the case of reservations on the WEBSITE is the currency in which to process the charge to your credit card and/or debit card; in the event the charge to your card is done in a currency different to that used during the purchase, the type of change depends on the issuing bank of the card. If you have any outstanding balance that you need to pay in the hotel and you want to pay in a different currency to the dollar, will be applied to the exchange rate on the day.

  • As the second payment option, we have the payment direct to our Bank accounts or Continental Banco de Crédito del Perú. The transaction must be immediate or direct.
